Pasar Taman Lip Sin ini dibina atas permintaan penduduk setempat kerana kesukaran mereka bagi mendapatkan bekalan di Pasar Taman Lip Sin yang lama. Projek menaiktaraf Pasar Taman Lip Sin ini mengambil masa kira-kira beberapa bulan dan ia kini mampu menampung keperluan penduduk setempat dan pengunjung untuk memperoleh keperluan masing-masing.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kerajaan negeri mengambil inisiatif dan memainkan peranan terhadap permintaan penduduk setempat dengan membina pasar tersebut. Kerajaan Negeri sememangnya memainkan peranan penting sebagai pihak pengantara bagi membantu memulihkan projek-projek bermasalah, terbengkalai atau kekurangan infrakstrutur.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dengan keluasan yang besar dan kepelbagaian barangan yang dijual, pasar ini didapati mampu menjadi salah satu tapak kunjungan pelancong dari dalam dan luar Negara. Setelah beroperasi beberapa tahun, Pasar Taman Lip Sin ini telah membuktikan mampu menjadi tumpuan para pengunjung disamping menjadi medan bagi penduduk setempat untuk membina ekonomi kendiri dengan
