beratku naik lagi & 3 Days Detox Menu

Dis is my ref. utk 3DDP... hopefully bejaya laa turunkan berat yg naik 2-3 kg ni sejak start 99HTN..huhu..emm..cam frust je ngn berat ni..jap naik,jap turun..starting 99HTN berat 67.5.starting 3DDP ni 69 !!utk lbh tepat wait for tomorrow..jgn cecah 70 cukup laa..kalo cecah gak,apa nk buat ye?any suggestion?maybe i should try jdm5 ???i think i know the answer.. THANX TO BOOH yg anjurkan 3DDP ni n tak lupa pada KAK ZEL yg anjurkan 99htn.KALO LA TAKDE 99HTN ni,rasanya mesti dah bepinggan2 nasik makan..frust je makan nasik..tp dgn adanya 99HTN ni, i can control myself wpun dah 3 kali tekantoi (3 suap nasik jugak yg tekantoi)..setiap kali tekantoi adalah 1 suapan..hurmm.. :(

3 Days Detox Menu

Day 1

Get up from bed : Drink water + lemon or Fresh Fruit Juice (only fresh no added sugars)
7.00am : 2 glass of water
8.00: Fresh fruit salad / Light Wholegrain cereal
9.30am: 2 glass of water
10.00am-12pm: Fruits
2.30pm : 2 glass of water
3.00pm: Fruits
5.30pm: Workout for 30 minutes (Brisk walk)
7.00Pm: Fruits salad
10.00pm: Fruits
2 glass water before sleep


Day 2

Get up from bed: Drink water + lemon or Fresh Juice (only fresh no added sugars)
7.00am: 2 glass of water
8.00am: Fresh fruit + veggies salad
9.30am: 2 glass of water
10.00am: Fruits
12.00pm: Veggies and fresh fish grilled or steam
2.30pm: 2 glass of water
3.00pm: Fruits
5.30pm : Workout for 30 minutes ( brisk walk)
7.00pm : Veggies and steamed fish
10.00pm: Fruits
2 glass of water before sleep

Day 3

Get up from bed: Drink water + lemon or Fresh juice (only fresh and no added sugar)
7.00am: 2 glass of water
8.00am: Fresh fruits salad
9.30am: 2 glass of water
10.00am : Fruits
12.00am: Fresh fruits salad
2.30pm : 2 glass of water
3.00pm: Fruits
5.30pm : Workout for 30 minutes (Brisk walk)
7.00pm: Veggies and fish (Steamed or grilled)
9.30pm: 2 glass of water
10.00pm: Fruits
2 glass of water before sleep

Note: NO JUNK FOOD, NO COFFEE OR TEA, NO STIR FRY AND NO CAN FOODS during this entire process. Please makesure u have enough sleep as well.

AdUhHh!!

aduhh..br je post entry pasal dugaan..ni nk bt pengakuan..sy dah temakan nasi impit..dah janji kt diri takkan sentuh..tapi dah tesalah makan.mula2 ingtkan ketupat yg empat segi tu pulut,bila makan semulut...oh,nooo...it is nasi impit daa..aduh,lecehnya nak kena bt pengakuan n markah dipotong :( mcm mana la bole telupa yg ketupat tu dalamnya ialah nasi impit..mayb terlalu tringinkan ketupat pulut kot cz k.zel kan penah kata pulut bole makan cz dia bukan nasi..aduhhh..tensen2x

duGAaaN..DugAaN..

Oh..mampukah ku mengharungi dugaan hari esok(hari raya haji le)..dugaannya apa lagi,juadah hari raya laa..my mum n aunt dah rancang mcm2 juadah..rasa dah tak sabar dah nk makan juadah2 tesebut..antaranya rendang daging,rendang ayam,nasi beriani,ketupat,nasi impit,pajri nenas..wow,banyak kan?risau2x..bole naik 1-2 kg camni..99htn?alamak,ni lagi satu dugaan..mampukah aku hanya melihat sahaja nasi beriani n nasi impit (my peberet ni,waaa!!)..nampaknya kena ratah aje la kuah kacang..hopefully aku bedaya menepis dugaan nasik.konpem diet lari nya esok !

OK..Lastly..SalaM AidilAdha tu uols...

oNLy 1 kg n detox 7 hari ?

- lamanya tak hapdet..tak tau nak apdet apa..menu sama je kalo nk hapdet pon.so,nk hapdet brat badan.sejak mula dis 99HTN, berat cuma turun 1 kg je ;( huaaaa..frust gak.tp usaha mst diteruskan,ye x?kalo diet beterusan mst bole turun gak@nampak perubahan?betul tak ??

p/s - cam beminat laa program detox 7 hari tu.so,sape yg ada buat,share la.sama ada benar2 bekesan atau sebaliknya.bole tahan ke,tak de pening2 or watever simptom?
- so far, alhamdulillah tak de lagi terkantoii seperti sebelum ni..SYABAS kpd diri sndri (poyos je)

KANTOii lagiii..

smlm (ahad-8.nov 2009) sy telah terkantoi skali lagik..pegi bilik kawan,masuk2 bilik diaa..mak aiii..wanginya bau nasi lemak..dengan perasaan berbelah bagi sy telah pon merasa itu nasik lemak sebesar sudu teh( 1 sudu)..kalo tak disebab bau,sy mmg dapat tahan kehendak utk mkn nasik lemak tapi bau itu yg telah memaksa sy..hehe..tapikan rasa2nya tak sampai 15 butir beras.ahaks..lunch sy ambk 1 tofu jepun n mix fish cake,ball n sosej (lbh kurang 50sen punya kuantiti)..n 4 dinner ikan n telur masak pedas..

hari ni (9 nov 2009) punya menu :


lunch : bebola ketam 3 biji n nuget pon 3 jugak
dinner : telur masak pedas + 1 sosej + cendawan goreng

p/s : jgn mrh ye k.zel..janji untuk tidak mangKANTOIkan lagi diri..

alamak..KANTOii !!

sy telah kantoi pada hari sabtu (7 nov 2009).. sy termakan sesuap nasi krabu..puncanya disebabkan kwn offer..lunch n dinner dahh ok dah diet.lunch ambik tofu jepun n telur je..dinner (basically b4 7p.m) ambik 3 ketul solok..e2 je..tapi bila pukul 10 lebih kwn bg laksa,maka saya telah pun memakan laksa tersebut..dalam 5,6 suap gitu.. ;(

my menu utk :
Hari ke 7
- lunch : ikan goreng
- dinner : ikan masak cabai + telur masak cabai

Hari ke 8
- ohh..TIDAKKKK...dietku lari gila2 hari ini ! :(
- lunch : sup yong tau fu (ambik 5 benda) + cucoq udang 3 ketul + honey dew 1 slice
- dinner : maybe sengkuang n sebiji green apple (denda cz lunch dh makan byk)

noTe : hari ni mmg diet ku hanCUSSS gilaa.dinner tak jadi mkn green apple n sengkuang..makan karipap,kerepek,1 paket biskut lexus,5 eping bezkut mini munchy's tue..sooooo regret !!

NEW update !

wpun skg ni mgu xam tp sy tetap nak hapdate gk skit sebyk ttg progress diet sy.actually, sy nye 99 HTN bemula 29 okt aritue (sudah diinformkan pd k.zel) sebab dekat campus takde kemudahan scale n camera so sy snap gmb seksiap kt umah b4 blek kampus..so,sy akan hbskan contest ni awal 3 hari gak iaitupada 4 feb 2010 (insyaAllah)..fair to all contestant gak kan ?..
DAY 1 (STARTING 29.10.2009)
Brunch - cucoq labu (sedappp oo), lari dietku
dinner (b48p.m) - ikan goreng + telur
DAY 2
Brunch - ayam goreng + ikan goreng
Dinner - telur masak cabai n ikan
DAY3
Brunch - Ikan masak cabai + telur sweet sour
Dinner - Ikan cabai
Day 4
Brunch - tauhu Jepun + telur sweet sour
Dinner - dietku lari..2 paket keropok (onion ring)
Day 5
Brunch - 2 ekor ikan goreng
Dinner - Ikan goreng + telur sweet sour
Day 6 (hari ini-3 okt)
Brunch - 2 ekor ikan goreng
Dinner - ??? (maybe ikan n telor gakz)

My menu kalo tgk same je..maklumla bli kat kafe..tak dibenarkan masak di kolej ye..opss lupa nk btau starting weight.. my starting weight on 29.10.2009 ialah 67.5..another 10 kg to lose..give me a support ya ..!
